Jean-François Abadie, CACEIS's Chief Executive Officer, joined Banque Indosuez’s Internal Audit department in 1981, subsequently becoming Deputy Chief Internal Auditor in 1987. After heading up the Major Corporate Clients division in Paris (from 1989 until 1992), he joined Indosuez Carr Futures as Senior Manager. He was subsequently Chief Operating Officer of Banque Indosuez in Spain (1995), Chief Executive Officer of the Banque Indosuez España SA subsidiary (1996) and then Chief Operating Officer of Crédit Agricole Indosuez in London (1999). In 2003, he was named as Corporate Secretary of the Private Banking division. From 2008 until 2010, he served as Head of Private Banking (DBP) in France and at International Operations. From 2010 until 2015, he was CEO of Crédit Agricole Luxembourg and the Group’s Senior Country Officer in Luxembourg. Since October 2015, he has been Head of Global Operations.

Jean-Pierre Michalowski, CACEIS's Deputy CEO, started his career with Meeschaert Rousselle in 1988. From 1989 to 1997, he worked for Banque Indosuez, CIMO, Crédit Lyonnais Rouse France and Crédit Lyonnais, and held several front/middle/back office positions. In 1998, he joined Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management (CLAM). He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CLAM Finance in 2002, and a member of the Executive Committee of CLAM and Chairman of the Management Board of CREELIA in 2003. He is also secretary of the AFOP. The following year, he became Chief Executive Officer of Fastnet France and a Member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM). He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS Fastnet in 2005, then Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS Bank and a Member of the Executive Committee of CACEIS in October 2008. Jean-Pierre Michalowski was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS, in charge of operations, IT systems and organisation, as from June 2010.

Sylvie Philippot, CACEIS's Deputy CEO, began her career with Arthur Andersen in 1986 and joined Crédit Agricole as Head of Management Control for Unicrédit in 1989. She then moved into project finance in 1992, before assuming global responsibility for this field in 1996. Following Crédit Agricole’s acquisition of Banque Indosuez, she held various structured finance posts within Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI) before becoming Corporate Secretary in charge of support functions for this business. During this time, she was notably in charge of the operational aspects of the merger between CAI and Crédit Lyonnais. In 2007, she joined Calyon’s Financial Division with responsibility for budgeting, planning and management control, and was also a member of the Management Committee. Sylvie Philippot was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS, in charge of steering and control functions, as from June 2010.

Joseph Saliba, CACEIS's Deputy CEO, joined Sabre in 1989, the world’s leader in providing management consulting, technology and travel information to the airline industry. He managed Sabre’s operations in France, the UK and internationally. In 1999, he became President of Sabre’s management consulting and technology business unit, a billion dollar operation based in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, he joined CGI, a global provider of IT and BPO services, At CGI, he held several executive positions including: President - Europe and Asia Pacific, President - USA and India, and President - Business Process Services. Joseph Saliba was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CACEIS, in charge of business development, products and solutions, communications and public affairs, as from January 2012.

David Baert, responsible for CACEIS entities in Ireland, North America and the United Kingdom, started his career in 1993 at Accenture and managed re-engineering and implementation projects for Luxemburg and Belgian banks. In 1999, he joined the CACEIS group (formerly Fastnet Luxembourg) as a project manager within the Organisation department. From 2004 to 2010, he was appointed Head of a number of operational departments. In 2010, he set up and managed the Group Banking Services business line. In 2013 he was appointed Head of CACEIS’s entities in Ireland, North America and the United Kingdom and became a member of the CACEIS group Executive Committee. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Operation Officer.

Bastien Charpentier, Senior Country Manager of CACEIS in Germany, began his career in 1985 at the Internal Audit of Banque Indosuez. In 1991, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Banque Indosuez’s real estate development subsidiaries, Satis and Foncière des Champs Elysées Promotion. In 1997 he was appointed Regional Chief Operating Officer of Crédit Agricole Indosuez for Asia and based in Hong Kong. In 2002, he became Global Chief Operating Officer for Crédit Agricole Indosuez Fixed Income business line. From 2004 to 2010, he was Managing Director for retail banking, leasing and consumer finance activities of Crédit Agricole in Poland and was Senior Country Officer of this country. In June 2010, he was appointed Head of Finance, IT and Organisation of BPI (Banque de Proximité Internationale). In March 2012, Bastien Charpentier joins CACEIS where it takes over responsibility for the German activities, based in Munich, and becomes Senior Country Manager for that country. He is a member of the CACEIS group Executive Committee.

Pierre Cimino, responsible for CACEIS entities in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Hong Kong, began his career as assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of Solvay Belgium. He joined Banque Indosuez Luxembourg in 1992, and initially worked as client relationship manager within the dealing room before becoming a spot dealer in 1994. In June 1996, he became Head of Human Resources for Banque Indosuez Luxembourg, before taking charge of back-office banking operations and securities-cash markets in 1999. In November 2001, he was appointed a member of the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole Investor Services (CA-IS) Luxembourg and Head of Business Analyst team and General Functions. In January 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of Fastnet Luxembourg S.A. Pierre Cimino has been Managing Director of CACEIS Bank Luxembourg since July 2010. He is also responsible for CACEIS entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Hong Kong. He is a member of the CACEIS group Executive Committee.

Carine Echelard, responsible for the banking and fund administration entities of CACEIS in France, began her career in 1987 in the Futures back office of Caisse de Gestion Mobilière. In 1989, she became head of the “institutional and non-resident clients” back-office at Nivard Flornoy, a brokerage firm owned by JP Morgan SA. She joined Credit Lyonnais in 1991 as a researcher on the bond market. In 1995, she became head of fund administration at Credit Lyonnais Asset Management. From 2004 to 2010, she held the position of deputy Managing Director at RBC Dexia Investor Services in France. She joined CACEIS in 2010 as deputy Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration in France. In April 2014, she was appointed Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration and is a member of the CACEIS group’s executive committee.

Jean-Marc Eyssautier, CACEIS's Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, started his career at Banque de France in 1987, firstly as a Branch Deputy Manager and then as Manager of the Securities Settlement Department. In 1995, he joined Sicovam SA (now Euroclear France) where he held several positions including Project Manager for RGV, Head of Sales for France and worldwide, and, finally, Deputy Managing Director in 2000. He joined CDC IXIS as Head of Operations in 2001. In 2004 he was appointed a member of the IXIS IS Management Board and Managing Director of IXIS Administration de Fonds. During IXIS IS’s merger with CA-IS in 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of CACEIS Bank. Jean-Marc Eyssautier has been Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for CACEIS Group since October 2008. He was appointed to the CACEIS Executive Committee as from June 2010.

Guillaume Fromont, Senior Advisor to the CACEIS's CEO, and responsible for the correspondent network and the issuer services, joined Banque Paribas within the IT Management Department in 1979. In 1982, he moved to the Securities Services division of the bank’s Financial Department and was made responsible for project management and relations with the French financial authorities, before being appointed Deputy Director in 1984. In 1988, he was named Deputy Head of Securities Services at Banque Indosuez. In 1994, he was appointed Head of Securities Services of Banque Indosuez (become Crédit Agricole Indosuez). On the creation of Crédit Agricole Investor Services (CA-IS) in November 2001, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director. In December 2001, he was also named Chairman of Fastnet Luxembourg, Fastnet Belgium and Fastnet Netherlands, and Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Indosuez Luxembourg, which became Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank Luxembourg in 2003. In August 2005, he became a member of the Management Board of CACEIS, then a member of the Executive Committee of CACEIS in 2009, during the company’s switch from Supervisory Board to Board of Directors status. Emeric Laforêt, General Secretary for CACEIS business development, products and solutions, communications and public affairs, spent the early years of his career in Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations’ banking and financial division, where he occupied several functions including Head of International Development and Deputy Head of the Depositary Bank. In 2000, he joined Crédit Lyonnais with responsibility for securities services. He then moved to Crédit Agricole in 2004 as Deputy Chief Executive of Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank (CA-IS Bank) with responsibility for business development. Emeric Laforêt took charge of strategy and development for the CACEIS Group on its inception in 2005. As from March 2012, Emeric Laforêt has been appointed General Secretary for CACEIS Business Development, Product Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs and supervises CACEIS’s activities in Switzerland. In 2016, he is appointed Responsible for CACEIS entities in Ireland, North America and the United Kingdom. He is a member of the CACEIS group Executive Committee.

Jean-Pierre Marquet, CACEIS's Information Systems Director, began his career as an analyst at Caisse Centrale des Banques Populaires. He joined the Crédit Agricole Group in 1988 where he held various management positions (studies, coordination of project management, production, integration) in structures dedicated to the IT systems of the Regional Banks. In 2007, he became Director of Information Systems of the Banque de Proximité à l'International (BPI) and a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole SA/BPI. In July 2015, he was appointed Director of CACEIS's Information Systems and joined the Executive Committee.

Hubert Montcoudiol, CACEIS's Head of Regional Coverage France and Head of Prime Fund Solutions, began his career in 1988 at FIMAT (part of the Société Générale group) as a trading room salesperson before opening their Madrid office. From 1994 to 2003, with Crédit Agricole Indosuez, and more specifically with the brokerage Carr Futures, he began managing the Asia branch from Singapore, before taking responsibility for the Europe region. Between 2004 and 2008, he worked at FIMAT again to manage the business development side of clearing in the Europe region, before creating his own Consultancy firm. In 2010, he joined the GFI group to develop their clearing activity with their subsidiary, Kyte Group. In December 2012, he joined CACEIS as Head of Prime Fund Solutions and as a member of the Executive Committee.

Gilles Normand, CACEIS's Treasurer, started his career with Paris-based Banque Indosuez in 1973, which then became Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI), Calyon, and finally Credit Agricole Corporate And Investment Bank (CA-CIB). Over this 17-year period, he held various positions of responsibility in the dealing rooms, notably as Co-Head of Sales, and Head of Trading for off-balance-sheet (OBS) products such as futures, forward rate agreements (FRA) and short-term interest rate swaps (IRS). In 1991, he joined Banque Indosuez Luxembourg as Local Line-Manager for Capital Markets, and was appointed as a Member of the Management Committee and Member of the Board in 1996.
Since 2005, Gilles Normand has served as International Treasurer for the CACEIS Group and Head of the Group's trading room. He is also a Member of the CACEIS Group Executive Committee.

François Soudry, CACEIS's Head of Human Resources, began his career as a Financial Analyst with Worms & Co. in New York in 1985. He joined the privatisation team of Banque Indosuez’s Securities Services Department at the end of 1986. From 1989 to 1991, he was in charge of Development, Organisation and Budget Control. In 1992, he joined Operations and held responsibility for Securities Settlement back-offices. In 2000, he supervised all back-office custody and logistics functions (IT development, controls and legal) within the Securities Services division of Crédit Agricole Indosuez. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer, France, for Crédit Agricole Investor Services on its inception in 2001. In September 2005, he became Chief Financial Officer of CACEIS and Management Board member of CA-IS Bank. In May 2006, he assumed responsibility in France for both CA-IS Bank and IXIS IS, before the two banks merged. He has been head of Group Human Resources for CACEIS since January 2007. François Soudry was appointed to the CACEIS Executive Committee as from June 2010.

Jean-Pierre Valentini, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of CACEIS, began his career in 1991 in the audit department. He joined Bank Indosuez Luxembourg in 1992 to take charge of Financial Control before taking on the role of Treasurer in the Dealing Room from 1996 to 2001. He then became head of banking and markets at Crédit Agricole Indosuez and Crédit Agricole Investor Services Luxembourg until 2005. During 2005, he became General Secretary of CACEIS BL and then Chief Financial Officer in 2007.
In May 2014, he was appointed Group Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the CACEIS group.
