CACEIS has progressed rapidly since the group was founded in 2005, whether in terms of international acquisitions, expansion to the product offering, constant improvements in IT systems, or efforts to anticipate and adapt to market regulations. These developments have created numerous daily challenges for all our employees. Against this backdrop, the Human Resources department is pursuing a proactive policy geared to leveraging the human capital that is essential to the Company’s success.
There are three main focuses to this policy:
- Individual development: training for all managerial staff, induction measures for young employees and new recruits, managerial loyalty programme, specific professional training;
- International opportunities: the Group’s ability to offer a diversity of professions across Europe ensures we can pursue individual development policies that provide staff with access to domestic and international employment opportunities, while also enabling them to enhance their skills and assume new responsibilities;
- The future: our desire to anticipate change in our businesses and our commitment to society are evident in a number of actions and initiatives, e.g. measures to assist with change, staff training and development, our commitment to equal and attractive rates of pay, the promotion of diversity, equal opportunities for men and women, efforts to incorporate the handicapped into the workforce and the introduction of a mechanism to manage the group’s future employment and skill needs.
