The Business Development function is responsible for:
- the development of all aspects of client relations, including prospecting new clients, and developing and servicing existing clients
- The product development and marketing teams which are charged with developing and promoting CACEIS’ product offering
Staff working in this area generally possess 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor’s/master’s degree in banking or finance.
Candidates must speak at least two languages, have a good understanding of back-office operations linked to asset management and financial products/instruments, as well as a pro-active approach to client relations, excellent relational skills, strong negotiating ability and good general knowledge
