A new edition of CACEIS's OPCI reference paper, first distributed in 2007, is published in October 2009. Two years after the AMF's approval of the first real estate investment company (SPPICAV), the regulatory developments necessitated an update. This informational document, which is appreciated by our clients, also lists all laws and regulations governing these new investment vehicles in France.
